To cancel a policy, follow the steps below:
Access the Dental Vision portfolio and locate NCD MetLife.
Select the option “Cancel Policy.”
Send an email to agentsupport@ncd.com to request the cancellation.
Email Requirements:
Include the client’s full name.
Clearly state that you are requesting the cancellation of the policy.
No additional documentation or information is required.
Once the email is sent with the required details, the cancellation process will be initiated.
